Salon Services
Below are some common questions about our salon services
Jasmine can be contacted via email at info@haircandybyjashley.com if you are a new client. Please include the service your inquiring about and date you would like to book. You will be contacted back to confirm a consultation for appointments and further directions; please allow 24-72 hours for a response. All wedding and special occasion bookings MUST be made at least 6 months prior for a guaranteed appointment.
Communication is key! If you are running 15 mins late please contact the stylist. If you are more than 30 mins late you will be required to reschedule your appointment. No refund will be given on deposit. You will have to book another appointment with deposit.
In order to reschedule your appointment the stylist must be notified 24-48 hours in advance. If you do not rebook between 24-48 hours then your deposit will not refunded. Rescheduling the same day of your appointment is not allowed.
Cancelations must be made 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Please contact your stylist and a refund will be given. If you are a no call no show then a refund will not be given. Same Day cancellations are not allowed.
This can only be answered properly during your personal consultation. During the consultation, We will discuss your desired outcome; i.e., to add length and/or volume to your natural hair; to rest your natural hair and grow out a chemical; to add highlights; to cover balding; etc. Once this has been answered, we will then discuss the texture of your hair and the methods that are right for you and your lifestyle. The length of our natural hair is also a factor in determining the extension and/or replacement technique to produce the desired outcome.
The time varies by the technique used. Generally, It will take from 2 to 6 hours.
Absolutely. However, you must be careful with the products used on your added hair. A quality moisturizing sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner will works best. Some techniques require you waiting at least 24 to 48 hours after the application to shampoo.
Extension services range from $200 and up. A complete quote, including the cost of hair will be provided during your consultation and/or prior to booking your appointment online.

Below are some common questions about our products
A full sew-in installation with raw Indian virgin hair, would need approximately 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend purchasing two bundles of hair for lengths 14” to 16 ”. We recommend three bundles of hair for lengths 18″or longer. Each bundle weighs an average of 3.5 ounces. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight which means “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.”
Our Hair Candy™ extensions are 100% raw virgin Indian hair provided by individual donors that has not been processed in anyway. You can color the hair, however once raw virgin Indian hair has been treated in any way, it is no longer considered virgin hair. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
Raw virgin Indian hair can last for a long time. The better you take care of your raw virgin hair, the longer it's longevity. Our hair can generally last up to a year or more if cared for properly.
The hair we offer is authentic raw and natural Indian hair, it must be treated and cared for as such. Proper care is mandatory to keep the hair hydrated and to ensure the best quality and longevity of your hair extensions.
It is extremely important to use high quality, sulfate-free products on your hair extensions. Using the wrong product can dry out the hair or add a waxy build up that coats the hair, which can be the root cause for tangling and matting of your virgin natural Indian hair extensions.
Use styling products minimally to avoid build up.
For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look.
For a “wet” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water.
AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!
Style as desired.
Shampoo at least once a week.
First use a clarifying shampoo that is sulfate free. Second, use a moisturizing shampoo that is sulfate free. Last but not least, condition with a moisturizing conditioner and run a wide tooth comb through the hair, then rinse hair thoroughly with luckwarm water. Follow up with leave in conditioner and sulfate free serum.
For more defined curls use sulfate free defined curl products and scrunch hair to your liking.
Finally Let hair air dry.

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after initial purchase. We are committed to providing you the best experience possible. We will try to accommodate any reasonable request prior to the order shipping.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping is 5-7 business days. If you have purchased during a sale, processing time is 7-10 business days; excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that the order is shipped.
